Processing

Gemmies are strung by hand in Texas after you order. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized collars may take 1–2 additional days during busy seasons (holidays especially). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Rates

US shipping is free on orders over $80. Orders under $80 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only; message us about international orders.

Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering for changes. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors and your carrier, then contact us (/pages/contact) within 7 days so we can help.
